For the economical stability he had opened a chain of vocational centers for ladies, where the uneducated poor house wives and girls are given free training in stitching, embroidery, |
beautician courses, etc. by providing them free sewing machine, stitching material and kits. The centers are also providing them job work by tying up with the ready made garments industry and dealers in the state. The trainees are earning thousands of rupees for their comfortable living. Which is helpful in eradicating child labour. |

After crossing several milestones of success in a western country like U.S.A, he never forgot his mother land Hyderabad he had not left any stone unturned in the service of the country and the community. He felt the need for the development of the educational movement for the betterment of the state. |

With a view to help youth in developing their character and vision, he associated himself with the Sultan-Ul-Uloom Education Society in 1990. Being nominated Chairman to the Governing Council of the prestigious Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Tecnology, he undertook number of developmental activities in this college. He is instrumental in getting accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi and introducing of MCA program and Master of Engineering (M.E, CAD/CAM) in M.J.College of Engineering and technology. |

| More School are proposed to start in the areas of Hassan Nagar, Misri Gunj etc. So far about 20,000 students belonging to weaker sections are getting education in the above mentioned schools. They are provided free uniform and books with and objective of providing quality education to the under privilege. He is also proposing to cover the rural areas by opening school and vocational training centers for the poor and down trodden. |

| He took over the Munsif Urdu Daily in 1996 and in short span of two year the daily became the No.1 Urdu daily of India with a circulation of 60,009 copies per day and a readership of about 12 lakh readers per day apart from registering 2.00 lakh hits per day on the internet edition of the Munsif Daily. |

| He also took over the secunderabad Co-operative Urban Bank and as the Chairman of the bank he has announced several beneficial schemes for the economically backward people by starting branches in the Muslim Populated areas like Barkas and Lad Bazar shortly apart from opening a head office in the heart of the city in prestigious khan Lateef Khan Estate, Opposite to Lal Bahadur Stadium Hyderabad. Lending is done only by charging nominal service charges but not on huge interests. This is especially for the poor women to promote home cottage industry. |

| He has provided employment opportunities to about 3000 member by accommodating them in all his ventures in Hyderabad He is also planning to start two more editions of the Munsif Dialy, one from Delhi and another from Aurangabad (Maharashtra) shortly. |

To promote art, culture & drama, promoting National integration, he opened two theatres in the heart of the city abdis areas. The prestigious theatres of city Santosh 70mm and Sapna 35mm are one of the best twin theatres in city.

| He is also instrumental in achieving 5% Quota for Muslim in Educational institutions and employment. He spent huge amounts for engaging the services of senior advocates of Supreme Court to argue the case before the Commission appointed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Hon’ble High Court. |

| He also came to the rescue of the victims of Gujrat riots, he managed to arrange Rs.1.26 Crores relief fund for the affected people. He had the credit of Constructing Munsif Colony for the victims in Gujrat. |

He plays and important role in sports arena also, a huge amount is being spent for the development of football and volley ball teams through City College Old Boys Association for the employment to the unemployed youth under sports quota. In the year 2002, when the National Games were held in Hyderabad, he honored the winners with cash rewards worth lakhs of rupees. He had also sponsored the National Junior Rowing Championship held in Hyderabad from 15th to 19th October 2003. |  |

| He took part in nation Building by providing beautiful and attractive structures to the city of Hyderabad which has further improved the beautification of the historical city as a builder, owner and developer. He first constructed the lake view apartments at the shore of the banjara Lake and later the Khan Lateef Kkhan Estate which is the land mark of Hyderabad in front of the Fathe Maidan Stadium, the prestigious building gains the significance of a monument houses prestigious Multi National Companies and corporate groups like, TATA consultancy, BSNL, Bell Canada, AT&T etc. Apart from this he has a shopping complex in jullu khana near the historical Charminar behind the famous Lad Bazar of Hyderabad. |
